Adroma Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and the Pairoma game (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information you provide. When you join the Pairoma beta waitlist, we collect the email address you submit through our sign-up form.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not currently use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Notify you when the Pairoma beta becomes available
• Respond to your questions or requests
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the Service
• Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email address for unrelated marketing.

Beta sign-ups are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which receives and stores the email address you submit on our behalf. We may also use standard hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Vercel) to run this website; these providers may process technical logs as described above.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We retain beta sign-up email addresses for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and beta program, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of future communications, at any time by emailing adromagames@gmail.com. Every beta notification email will also include an unsubscribe option.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the effective date below.
